Small Sorts

Small Sorts is St Mary’s baby & toddler group for parents, grandparents and carers, and is run by a team of volunteers on term-time Thursday mornings from 10am – 11.45am in the church hall.

Table activities include; Playdoh, jigsaws, craft of the week, various toddlers’ construction materials and small world activities. Larger equipment includes tricycles, a slide, tents, sit-and-ride and push-along toys.

We have a quieter baby corner with appropriate toys, and a small lending library for adults & children.  

For 15 minutes at the end of the morning we join together for nursery rhymes and action songs.

At Christmas, Easter, and in the summer, we have special celebrations for children and adults to enjoy together. 

The charge is £1.50 for the first visit, then £1.00 per child per session, to cover the cost of tea and coffee, juice & biscuits.
